The downloading of documents and software from the Teldat web pages may be restricted due to security reasons or due to the restrictions imposed by our services providers.
The registration system may reject requests from email addresses that do not coincide with a corporate email address.
If you have acquired your equipment through a Carrier or a Distributor, please contact them to obtain your software upgrades.
Please contact your Teldat representative if your petition has been rejected by the system or if you don't get the information you need.

This service is provided exclusively by Ticket system for customers and partners who have requested the service.

Access to these services is independent of teldat.com site access. You must request access during registration process or clicking "My Account - Online Services".
