Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH becomes Teldat GmbH

The takeover of Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH (a former division of Funkwerk AG) by Teldat, concluded on January 13, 2012. The renamed company - Teldat GmbH - now forms a new division pertaining to the Teldat Group.

From this merger a powerful telecommunications provider has been formed giving rise to many new business opportunities.  The synergy derived from knowledge and technology will enable the new company, Teldat, to expand their market share and enter fresh fields with their new dynamic bintec and elmeg brands. 
 

Teldat Gmbh will carry on operating in their present locations in Germany, Austria, France, and Italy and their Head Office will continue to be located in Nuremberg, Germany. Teldat will make their first public appearance at the next CeBIT (March 6 to 10). All of Teldat’s products and solutions will be on display at Stand C51 in Hall 13, in addition to the previously announced new products from the Bintec, Elmeg and packetalam lines.
