The UCG 100 is a service that enables the Ericsson MD110 switchboard park to be included in the world of Microsoft's Unified Communications and ToIP in a simple way which is both inexpensive and can take advantage of previous investments.

This integration between the Ericsson telephone switchboard and Microsoft’s unified communications means that communications systems are endowed with the following functionalities:

• Office Communicator, Live Meeting, etc.

• IM (Instant Messaging)
