With the aim of improving our customer service and management, we have made a few changes to our Information System. These changes affect User Registration, the way technical service requests are attended and also how Teldat devices are sent when being either returned or for repairs (Helpdesk-GCS and RMA services). Please read the following paragraphs to see if you need to register.
1) Creating or renewing your user account at the Teldat.com website
Effective August 1st 2009, you will be requested to renew your account information at the Teldat website, if you were a registered user in our prior website, or, if you are new to the Teldat website, to create a new user account .
You will only be requested to complete this process once; in order to register please use
this liknk or go to "
User Access" in the upper right corner of the main Teldat.com page.
Please note that the user account registration process might take up to 24 hours to be processed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your user account is activated.
You will need to click on the link in the email you will receive containing the registration order, to verify your email address.
2) Requesting access to the on-line services provided through the Teldat.com website (RMA and CGS/Helpdesk services):
Once you have an active user account, please log-in to the Teldat.com website using the "
User Access" link in the upper right corner of the main Teldat.com page.
Once logged in, please go to “My account” by clicking in the corresponding link, also in the upper right corner and then, on the left hand side menu options, select the "

Please note that access requests to the CGS/Helpdesk system and/or to the RMA system might take up to 24 hours to be processed. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your account information has been updated and access to the new services has been approved.
