Smart Grid is a vertical market segment in which Teldat has many years of experience supplying important utility companies with different types of Regesta routers. The microsite www.teldat-smart-grid.comย that we have launched explains how Teldat can improve Smart Metering, Automatization and IT Management of utility companies. It also shares all the information related to the various connectivity solutions and the problems that can be solved with the management, control and back up functions available on the Regesta devices.
It also offers technical information on the different hardware modules that make up the Regesta family. Depending on the scenario, a Smart Grid utility company may choose to deploy the Regesta PRO-ER, Regesta PLC or Regesta Lite. The microsite contains case studies that help the user identify which Regesta router can be used most effectively.
On the Home page there is an animated video, which is also on our YouTube, that summarizes the added value and competitive advantages that Teldat holds for communication deployments within the Smart Grid market.
By using its CNM SD-WAN Suite, Teldat has been able to migrate the installed base to SD-WAN technology, implementing the solution in 2,700 customer branches
