The Fair, in which Teldat took part, was conceived as a meeting point between students, professionals, researchers and companies. Its goal was to bring together the world of academia and business.
Teldat set up a stand at the Fair and had the chance to chat with current and former students, learning about their aspirations and offering first-hand advice. In addition, Teldat took part in a series of conferences (known as “EPS.DOT”) on digital transformation, technology and society. Emilio Lanuza Cuesta, Teldat’s VP for Institutional Relations, took the floor and gave a presentation entitled “Teldat: a company with distinction”. He talked about the origins of Teldat and emphasized its many strong points, which have given graduates the opportunity to launch many successful careers. Andrés Monterrubio Porto, Teldat’s Business Development Manager for Utilities & Energy, and former student of the School, was also there to lend his support.
In addition, during the School’s Graduation Ceremony, Emilio awarded First Class Honours to the top graduate in Telecommunications Engineering and Technologies of the 2016-2017 promotion.
Teldat would like to thank the Polytechnic School for organising this Engineering, Business and Job Fair. We sincerely hope it’s the first of many!
